Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 31, 2026

1. Services

A Future Online provides AI-powered business automation services under the AFO AI Employee brand, including but not limited to:

• AI voice agents that answer inbound business calls
• AI chat and SMS conversation assistants
• Automated appointment booking and lead follow-up
• CRM management, workflow automations, and reporting (Professional plan)
• Review request automation and reputation management

Services are provided on a subscription basis and are subject to the plan selected at time of purchase.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your first payment includes the applicable one-time setup fee ($150 for Essential, $297 for Professional) plus the first month’s subscription.
• Recurring Charges: After the first payment, you will be charged your monthly subscription rate ($397/mo for Essential or $697/mo for Professional) automatically until cancelled.
• Payment Method: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your service may be paused until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days’ written notice.

3. Setup & Onboarding

Following your initial payment, you will receive a link to schedule your onboarding call. Your AI Employee will be configured and made live within the timeframe communicated during onboarding. The one-time setup fee covers initial configuration and is non-refundable once setup has begun.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
• The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.
• Upon cancellation, your AI Employee will be deactivated and your account data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

5. AI Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI performance depends on the accuracy and completeness of the business information you provide during setup
• AI voice and chat agents may not handle every situation perfectly and are not a substitute for human judgment in complex matters
• Core AI features are subject to fair-use policies of the underlying AI platform; excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling
• Certain advanced features (e.g., outbound AI calls, multimodal processing) may incur additional usage-based charges as disclosed
• We are not responsible for missed calls, lost leads, or business outcomes resulting from AI limitations, technical outages, or misconfigurations

6. Call Recording & Compliance

Your AI Employee may record calls for transcription, summarization, and quality purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of call recording features complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including call recording consent requirements. Washington State and many other states require all-party consent for recorded conversations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, spam, or deceive customers or third parties
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with or disrupt our platform or infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with AFO AI Employee is the property of A Future Online. You retain ownership of your business data and content provided to configure your AI Employee.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Future Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes by email or on our website.
